- Give you your Free Foundation Plan documents (Will, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directive, HIPAA Release).
- Explain what each document does in plain language.
- Answer your questions so you feel comfortable with them.
What to Expect:
- The call is 15 minutes by phone — quick and easy.
- At the end of the call, you’ll have your Foundation Plan in hand.
- You keep the plan no matter what you decide afterward.
