Step 1: The $500 Starter Call

Everyone begins here. This is a 1-on-1 meeting with an attorney to:

After the call, you’ll receive:

Your ready-to-file Petition for Probate
All required supporting documents, customized to your case

Step 2: Your Flat-Fee Quote

If you decide to hire us, we’ll give you a flat-fee quote based on the estate’s complexity.

Here’s what it typically looks like:

Standard Estate – $5,500
Includes:

One home
Bank and retirement accounts
Life insurance policies
A will (or no will)
No family disputes

Add-ons (if applicable):

Additional property (rental, vacation): + $1,000 each
Business ownership (LLC or corporation): + $7,000 each
(Includes legal transfer, ownership updates, and asset cleanup)

Examples:

Standard estate + 2 rental properties = $7,500
Standard estate + 1 business = $12,500

You’ll get your official quote after the Starter Call.
