Is it the same price if we are married?

Yes. It is the same $3,500 whether you are married or on your own. A married couple gets one trust for the two of you, and a will each. You each get your own power of attorney, healthcare directive and HIPAA release.

How do I pay?

You can pay in full, or in parts as the work gets done. There is no interest, no application and no credit check. Your Design Meeting is credited toward your total.

I already have a will. What happens to it?

Once you sign it, the new will in our trust package replaces your old one.

Do I have to come to an office?

No. We meet by phone, or by video if you ask. You sign at home with a notary and two witnesses. We tell you exactly who needs to be there.

What is Trust Care?

A yearly checkup and free simple updates, so your plan keeps up when your life changes. Your first year is included. After that, it is a yearly plan you can choose to keep.
